Positive, Great location near Victoria tube. The room size was perfect for a solo traveler. The shower was modern and had quality toiletries. I had a comfy mattress and surprisingly quiet nights, which made my stay pleasant.

Upon arriving, I was surprised to find that check-in was located at a different building, which was inconvenient. The room itself, while relatively clean, had issues with the bedding, and I noticed a lack of pillows given the price. the floor felt unkempt with some stains that seemed like they could have been cleaned up more thoroughly.

the eaton is perfectly located near victoria station, making it super easy to catch hop on hop off buses. the bathroom was lovely, and the room was clean. the staff were friendly, which made for a nice experience overall.

the staff was incredibly friendly and even helped carry my bags to the room. the location was perfect for sightseeing and close to many restaurants. breakfast at the other hotel was light and enjoyable, making our stay even more memorable as we got engaged here.
